Este curso analiza los conflictos en los negocios y desarrolla nuevos enfoques para negociar con personas de orígenes similares y diferentes. Se analizan muchas dimensiones de la negociación, incluidas las interpersonales, organizativas, de negociación colectiva y dinámicas culturales. Los estudiantes revisan estrategias en diversas situaciones conflictivas, incluidas las relaciones cooperativas, competitivas y laborales.
This course analyzes conflict in business and develops new approaches to negotiating with people from both similar and different backgrounds. Many dimensions of negotiation are discussed including interpersonal, organizational, collective bargaining, and cultural dynamics. Students review strategies in various conflicting situations including cooperative, competitive, and labor relations. Note: This course is for students enrolled in Bilingual programs only.
