HRMG 725 - Finance of Compensation and Benefits 3 Credits This course examines the purpose, design, funding and administration of compensation and benefit programs offered to employees by their employers. In addition, this course examines the coordination of employer benefits with social insurance programs established and administered by the state. Grade Note(s): A grade of C or better is required on the final assessment in order to earn a passing grade in this course. Prerequisite(s): FINC 620 and HRMG 700
