HRMG 700 - Managing Human Resources 3 Credits This course is designed to introduce the graduate student to the whole spectrum of human resources’ responsibilities and major functions. Topics include staffing, compensation, training, organizational development, employee and labor relations, human resources information systems, and global HR management. An emphasis will be placed upon learning the specific human resources’ disciplines and how to strategically apply that knowledge to solve organization-wide issues. Grade Note(s): A grade of C or better is required on the final assessment in order to earn a passing grade in this course.
