MGMT 375 - Leadership Discovery 3 Credits Students examine and apply theories of leadership with a focus on determining effective strategies and styles of leadership needed to influence and coordinate the efforts of work team members and organizations. Through the use of self-analysis critiques, students discover their leadership styles and preferences. Prerequisite(s): HLTH 211 or MGMT 211 Course Learning Outcomes: 1. Create a personal leadership development plan.
2. Assess personal leadership opportunities and strengths to direct leadership improvement strategies.
3. Analyze the importance of effective teams, relationships, and networks within organizations as a means to achieve organizational goals.
4. Apply leadership theories, styles, and strategies to team and personal leadership development.
