BUSN 496 - Internationl Business Capstone 4 Credits This case study course places management in its broader context of multicultural management, organizational behavior, strategic planning, international negotiations as well as sustainability, ethics and social responsibility. Students explore the skills necessary for international decision making through numerous simulations, exercises and projects. Prerequisite(s): BUSN 210 , BUSN 225 and SOSC 201 Course Learning Outcomes: 1. Develop a comprehensive international business plan.
2. Conduct research and financial analysis to justify the decision to expand business internationally.
3. Evaluate the feasibility of an international business opportunity to inform international expansion decisions.
4. Analyze industry, market, and organizational information to identify trends and international business opportunities.
