NRPY 799 - Mental Health Capstone

This capstone course is the culminating experience for students in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. Students will synthesize and apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their graduate studies. Students will reflect on the achievement of program outcomes and professional practice standards for the advanced practice nurse in a comprehensive portfolio. Additionally, students will make a professional presentation to peers outlining the evidence-based practice change project proposal that was developed in NURS 640.

Grade Note(s): A grade of B- or better is required for successful completion of all NURS and NRPY courses.
Prerequisite(s): NRPY 746, NRPY 747C, NURS 640
