Los estudiantes del programa bilingüe de concentración en gerencia de recursos humanos de la Maestría en Administración de Empresas de Davenport están expuestos a una amplia variedad de temas de recursos humanos que desafían a las empresas del siglo XXI. Este programa enfatiza las habilidades sistémicas y estratégicas de resolución de problemas que son esenciales para el profesional de gerencia de recursos humanos. La Concentración en Gerencia de Recursos Humanos está alineada con los estándares educativos de la Sociedad de Gerencia de Recursos Humanos (SHRM) para profesionales de gerencia de recursos humanos. Los estudiantes elegibles pueden prepararse y realizar el examen de Profesional Certificado (CP) SHRM al final de su programa.

Master of Business Administration with Human Resource Management Concentration Bilingual • BA HR MBA BL

Students in Davenport’s Master of Business Administration bilingual Human Resource Management Concentration program are exposed to a wide variety of human resource topics that challenge twenty-first century businesses. This program emphasizes systemic and strategic problem-solving skills that are essential to the human resource management professional. The Human Resource Management Concentration is aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) educational standards for human resource management professionals. Eligible students can prepare for and take the SHRM Certified Professional (CP) exam at the end of their program.

Foundational Requirements - As Required Only - 18 Credits


All students admitted into any Davenport University MBA program are expected to have the necessary business foundations prior to entering the 600-level courses. If a student does not provide satisfactory evidence of the Foundational Knowledge, they will need to complete any or all of the following.  These courses are not included in the credits required for degree completion.

Any exceptions or variations must be approved by the MBA/MM exceptions committee.
