Este programa de Gerencia de Proyectos de Tecnología está diseñado para preparar a los estudiantes para diversos puestos directivos dentro del campo de la tecnología. El trabajo del curso integra contabilidad, finanzas, producción, redes informáticas y CIS con prácticas profundas de gerencia de proyectos. Las industrias examinadas incluyen TI, salud, construcción, manufactura, servicios y gobierno. This Technology Project Management program is designed to prepare students for various management positions within the technology field. Course work integrates accounting, finance, production, computer networking, and CIS with in-depth project management practices. Industries examined include IT, health care, construction, manufacturing, service, and government. Students will Integrate the language skills of Spanish and English to professionally communicate in the field of technology project management with Spanish and English speakers.

Learning Outcomes

Develop a project plan for a large technology-based project, integrating project management concepts and using industry standard tools, templates, and software.
Develop audience appropriate communications to convey financial, scope, resource, and time constraints for projects.
Analyze how ethical, quality, legal, and cultural dimensions affect project management and/or a cross-cultural project team.
Integrate the language skills of Spanish and English to professionally communicate in the field of technology project management with Spanish and English speakers.
