Project Management Specialty [PTMS] - 12 Credits

The Project Management Specialty equips students with essential skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic field of project management in a global environment. The course work provides students with fundamental concepts and methodologies, focusing on contemporary scheduling techniques and flexibility. Course work also delves into the financial and risk management of projects and provides knowledge into project quality and process improvement for creating project/program deliverables. Upon completion, students will be prepared to sit for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), paving the way for a successful career in project management.
