La mejora del rendimiento y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes ocurre durante las lecciones individuales. Este curso desarrollará y facilitará las habilidades de los maestros para mapear lo que sus estudiantes necesitan saber y aprender al final de cada lección y al final del año. Este curso también proporcionará retroalimentación en tiempo real sobre las estrategias empleadas para ayudar a los estudiantes a alcanzar sus objetivos de aprendizaje individuales. Específicamente, el curso ayudará a los maestros a identificar objetivos de aprendizaje a nivel de grado, las metas individuales de los estudiantes, actividades de aprendizaje y estrategias para medir el progreso de los estudiantes hacia la meta. Este curso ayuda a cumplir con los requisitos de horas de crédito en el área de Estrategias de Instrucción.

Improving student achievement and learning happens during individual lessons. This course will develop and facilitate the teachers’ abilities to map what their students need to know and learn by the end of each lesson as well as the end of the year. This course will also provide real time feedback of strategies employed to help students meet their individual learning goals.Specifically, the course will help teachers identify grade-level learning targets, student’s individual goals, learning activities and strategies to gauge student’s progress towards the goal. This course helps fulfill credit hours requirements in the area of Instructional Strategies.
