LEGL 320 - International Business Law 3 Credits This course provides a general introduction to the international legal environment affecting Americans doing business with foreign nationals, whether in the United States or abroad. Students develop an understanding of the legal environment and the most common problems experienced in international business transactions; learn a conceptual framework to understand the legal dynamics experienced in the international business arena; and develop an awareness of methods used to resolve international business disputes. Prerequisite(s): LEGL 210 and BUSN 225
