CSCI 360 - Secure Software Analysis and Design 3 Credits This course focuses on the principles and practices of secure coding to avoid vulnerabilities within a program that can be exploited by attackers. Students explore the use of security features provided by libraries, such as authentication, encryption, appropriateness and effectiveness. New and emerging language-based security mechanisms will be examined, including ways of specifying and enforcing security policies statically and dynamically. Prerequisite(s): CSCI 260
