BUSN 265 - Entrepreneurship 3 Credits This course provides foundational knowledge of the entrepreneurial process and its applications in new ventures and other aspects of business management. It addresses the elements of a good business plan, and explains how to build new venture teams and secure financial support. Using case analysis, simulations and experiential learning, the student will develop the ability to recognize and evaluate new business opportunities and define basic strategies for enterprise growth and development. This is the first course in the Entrepreneurship Specialty. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 211 and MKTG 211
