GPMT 385 - Project Scheduling with Agile 3 Credits This course equips students with the skills to design and manage project schedules using predictive (waterfall), adaptive (agile), and hybrid methodologies. It covers adaptive scheduling techniques, such as iterative planning, sprint management, and hybrid frameworks, while emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, leadership, and community impact. Students will apply these techniques through collaborative assignments simulating real-world scenarios. By aligning with industry standards, such as those defined by the Project Management Institute, this course prepares students to meet the evolving demands of modern project management. Recommended Prerequisite(s): GPMT 287 Course Learning Outcomes: 1. Create a project schedule using predictive, adaptive, and hybrid techniques, and industry standards.
2. Develop effective scheduling strategies to meet project constraints and resource requirements.
3. Recommend corrective action based on identified risks.
