CISP 111 - Requirements Planning and Development


3 Credits
This course examines the principles of requirements planning and development, emphasizing their critical role in successful business systems. Students will explore the identification, analysis, and documentation of requirements within the framework of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key topics include stakeholder collaboration, hardware and software specifications, systems documentation, and the use of modeling tools. Emerging technologies are examined in relation to their impact on requirements planning. Through a collaborative project, students will learn to align technical solutions with business goals, preparing them for real-world systems development challenges.
