To address potential gaps in foundational finance knowledge, Davenport University recommends the optional Peregrine’s Foundations of Business Finance Academic Leveling Module. This self-paced, low-cost module offers an interactive learning environment designed to prepare students for the finance-related content within this specific graduate certificate.

Learning Outcomes

Propose business strategies and policies consistent with current law and practice as well as identify HR’s role in designing and implementing each strategy.
Understand the role of HR in balancing the needs of various stakeholders and evaluate each function of human resource management to make strategic decisions consistent with that of the organization’s overall goals.
