HSAD 440 - Health Care Strategic Planning

3 Credits
This course provides the student with a strategic perspective and an understanding of the strategic process and structure. The student is introduced to the concepts, philosophies, and techniques of strategic planning and strategic management as they are applied in a healthcare organization.
Grade Note(s): A grade of C or better is required to successfully complete this course.
Prerequisite(s): HLTH 211
