NURS 315 - Health Promotion and Education

This course will introduce theories of teaching and learning as well as a model for health promotion. The fundamentals of developing strategies to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate teaching plans will be emphasized. Concepts of health promotion and disease prevention for vulnerable populations will be integrated in teaching plans.

Grade Note(s): A grade of B- or better is required to pass this course successfully.
