NETW 341 - MS Plan and Implement Active Directory


3 Credits
This hands-on course prepares students to gain practical skills in planning, implementing, and administering the Windows Server Directory Services. It will enable students to manage user access, secure network resources, and maintain a reliable directory service infrastructure.
Prerequisite(s): NETW 241  
Course Learning Outcomes:
1. Describe the purpose of and relationship between components of Active Directory.
2. Explain operations master roles.
3. Create components of Active Directory.
4. Delegate administrative control of objects in Active Directory.
5. Apply Group Policy to manage user environments and to assign and publish software.
