ACCT 202 - Accounting Foundations II


4 Credits
This course continues the study of accounting principles with special emphasis on corporations, and basic principles of managerial accounting.
Grade Note(s): A grade of C or better is required to take ACCT 301 .
Prerequisite(s): ACCT 201  with C grade or above
Corequisite(s): FINC 211  
Course Learning Outcomes:
1. Create financial statements including multi-step income statement, statement of stockholders’ equity, classified balance sheet, and statement of cash flow.
2. Create various managerial accounting reports.
3. Analyze and record business events for corporations using ratio analysis and other techniques.
4. Apply applicable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
