HRMG 350 - Training for Organizations 3 Credits This course is designed to provide students with a solid understanding in the fundamentals of training and development. Students are exposed to the training process, from needs assessment to training methods and the role of evaluation. With the use of a case analysis approach students examine the broadening role of training in assisting organizations in the achievement of business goals. Other topics of study include: e-learning and technology, special challenges in today’s workforce and the future of training and development. Prerequisite(s): HRMG 213
